Job description

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking a CNC Operator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis based in Great Yarmouth.

Experience:

  • Experience operating a CNC machine.
  • Good knowledge of metal work techniques.
  • Knowledge of both turning and milling applications.
  • Experience of manufacturing components from engineering drawings, whilst working to company quality procedures.
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools i.e. verniers, calipers, micrometers.

Person Specification:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Able to work under your own initiative.

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday 40 hours a week
  • Shift options – alternate 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 or permanent 14:00-22:00 (training would be completed on the day shift)
  • 22 days holiday + BH
