P+S Care and Support are looking for support workers to join our teams across Suffolk.

Learning Disabilities
Physical Disabilities
Mental Health Difficulties
Autism
Acquired Brain Injury
Sensory Impairment
Dementia
Drug and/or alcohol problems

As a support worker your day may include, helping to support social activities, day to day care with household chores, promoting independence, encouraging support, companionship, these are just a few of the duties that are involved.

You will also be helping to support people to lead the lives the way they choose, by supporting the independence they deserve, it’s about who you are and what other experience and abilities you can offer to support the individual's needs.
