P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients who are currently recruiting for a Agricultural Management Consultant to join their team based in Bury St Edmunds on a full time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing management and strategic advice to an established, diverse range of Estates and Farming clients throughout the East and Southeast of England.
- Identifying diversification projects.
- Developing your own portfolio through the newly created Future Farming Resilience Fund
- Utilising some of the most progressive tools in the industry to dig deeper into your clients’ opportunities.
- Preparing financial evidence on which to base your advice
- Researching and advising on rural grant funding and subsidy schemes
- Benchmarking business performance and provision of associate advice
- Liaising with professional, industry stakeholders
Person Specification:
- Somebody who understands business management.
- Good with numbers.
- Farming knowledge.
- Completed a degree.
